Dr Ron Silberberg

Dr Ron Silberberg is the Managing Director of the Housing Industry Association (HIA), Australia’s largest housing lobby group with more than 40,000 business members nationally, comprising builders, trade contractors, building product manufacturers and kitchen fabricators.

HIA is a nationally-operating organisation that has grown strongly in membership and financial strength under Ron’s leadership. The Association has more than 350 staff involved in the provision of professional services to members.

The HIA has been a major contributor to the debate on housing affordability.
