Ms Kate Davies, UK

Following a career in local government, the voluntary and private sectors, Kate Davies is currently Chief Executive of Notting Hill Housing in the UK.

Notting Hill Housing owns and manages around 26,000 homes, mainly in London. It is a major provider of low cost home ownership flats and continues to buy land and develop sites during the current property downturn.

Kate is particularly interested in housing policy and has worked with Government departments, Housing Ministers and London Mayor Boris Johnson.

She is currently leading a project on improving customer satisfaction at Notting Hill.
