Accommodation
Special rates have been arranged at a number of hotels close to the Adelaide Convention Centre.
To secure your accommodation, simply nominate your selected hotel, arrival and departure dates, and room type when you register online. A credit card number will be required and will be passed on to the hotel to secure your booking. Your accommodation and incidental costs must be settled direct with the hotel on departure.

Accommodation information
Should you require dates outside the main conference dates, please note this during registration and the Conference Secretariat will contact the hotel on your behalf and advise availability.
Please note the check in time is generally 2.00pm. If you require access to your room prior to this time, it is reccommended that you pre-register for the evening before. If you are arriving after 6.00pm please note accordingly during online registration.
Any accommodation bookings made after 30 September 2013 will be subject to availability. As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important that you book early. Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of registration and payment.
Hotels enforce strict cancellations policies. The Conference Secretariat and organisers take no responsibility for cancellation fees incurred. Please refer to the individual hotel information for cancellation policies. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival will incur penalties. See details below before making your selection.
Any changes to your booking must be made via email to the Conference Secretariat, not directly with the hotel. All listed room rates are based on room only, unless otherwise specified. Rates are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST.
